About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Microsoft Intune Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and resolving customer technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career growth by honing your problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills, and developing your technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Reviews complex issues and contacts customers to understand the issue, ensuring customers stay informed about the status/solution of their issue.
- Resolves customer issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and research, and documents technical work and research.
- Performs in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation as needed, and collaborates with cross-team and cross-product resources to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, or a combination of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field, and 1+ year of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices (Android and iOS).
- Experience in customer support via chat or phone.
