**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service
- Contribute to the development of new features and products that meet customer needs
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
