Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in reporting and accounting activities to ensure accurate financial data.

- Perform monthly accounts reconciliations and analysis, as well as contribute to the monthly close process.

- Oversee and guarantee the content and accuracy of the financial ledgers and statements.

Demonstrated Skills and Capabilities:

- Possess consolidated technical knowledge to create structured processes for daily activities, ensuring accuracy and a high level of understanding.

- Display high motivation and self-direction with decision-making skills.

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to challenges, along with a pragmatic mindset.

- Ability to synthesize complex thinking processes into concise and simple statements.

- Proven experience in successful process and system improvement initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and solid experience in this field.

- Develop processes, provide guidance, and ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
