Chief Financial Officer

Our Senior Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all financial planning and reporting functions for Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities portfolio in the AMER region. As a key contact, they serve as the primary point of interaction for client finance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to drive informed decision-making.
• Analyze monthly and yearly variance drivers to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop high-quality management reports, accruals, and operational cycles.
• Serve as a resource to facility/project teams and clients, ensuring adherence to key procedures and processes.
• Review interfaces to client systems and ensure proper reconciliations.
• Oversight of workflow distribution, cross-training among team members, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop three financial analysts to support financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrate exceptional client service and partnership with account leadership and management.
• Evaluate financial and operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing financial and operational data for quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and at least 6+ years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
