About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to learn and master various technical and manufacturing skills, from operations to computing equipment repair and troubleshooting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing first-line support for factory automation issues across multiple sites
  • Collaborating with end users, Factory Business partners, L3 Developers, and other members of the support teams to ensure best support practices are implemented
  • Supporting investigations and resolving production issues, configuring and coding simple data fixes, and performing other operational tasks
  • Communicating effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Analyzing complex data to communicate insights in a simple and actionable way
  • Working in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and ability to handle ambiguity and manage crisis situations

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in Technical Service Desk, including ticketing and data management
  • Advanced English Level
  • Possession of preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or automation systems, or equivalent military training
