About Our Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Analyst to join our People Team/Benefits department in Moody's Shared Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of employee benefit plans in Latin America, ensuring compliance with government regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Administer various employee benefit programs, such as Health & Welfare, Defined Benefit, and Defined Contribution plans;
- Resolve employee benefit issues and engage with third-party vendors, payroll, and legal departments;
- Assist in reviewing company benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations;
- Maintain and update benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions on Company intranet;
This role requires a high level of analytical capability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in employee benefits or benefits consulting.
