About the RoleWe're seeking a highly analytical Merchant Operations & Strategy Analyst to play a key role in improving our customers' experience through initiatives focused on Merchants. As part of our Central America Operations team, you will be responsible for performing several analyses and projects that impact our main Experience OKRs such as RoR, rC/R, E2E, and Restaurant Defects.
This is a highly analytical role that requires knowledge and skill regarding data analytics. You will ensure you are crafting, collecting, and incorporating as much data about operations as possible to monitor and understand our Merchants' performance, and find opportunities to improve.
- **Analyzing Data**: Craft and collect relevant data to understand Merchants' performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- **Building and Optimizing Processes**: Unlock potential by implementing existing projects and processes, optimizing them where possible to maximize their impact, and launching new projects and processes as needed to succeed in capturing those opportunities.
- **Growing the Business**: Contribute to the business' growth by seeking solutions for Central America, driving results through data-driven decision making.
- English and Spanish professional proficiency
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Critical thinking and analytical rigor
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL
