The Collections Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring timely payments from customers. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
- Complete daily worklists, following established collection strategies.
- Document and escalate unsolved disputes in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and related collection efforts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service.
**Requirements**:
- Technical degree or 2+ years of university studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience with collections-related systems (SAP, Oracle, Getpaid, etc.).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Collections role.
**Physical and Mental Requirements**:
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
