About the Role
\We are seeking a highly motivated Business Finance Professional to join our team in Heredia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient execution of collection activities while maintaining high standards of customer service.
\You will be responsible for collecting missed or outstanding payments from clients, minimizing debtors' days, and improving cash flow. Your ability to work with dedicated software/systems to resolve billing disputes will be essential in this role.
\The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
