**About the Role**
We're looking for a skilled and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Executive Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting management in driving revenue growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Possess a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Able to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
