**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Global Mines & Minerals FZE. As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Represent the company in their country and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by keeping in touch with customers, answering their queries, and preparing a list of the same for submission to the Head Office.
  • Visit customers in person whenever required to provide personalized support.
  • Enter day-to-day information and complete form filling tasks as per information provided by the company through the company portal.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company.

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A graduation degree in any field.
  • Minimum 01-year experience in an office setting in any field.
  • Good knowledge of computers and typing speed.
  • Fluency in English and local native language.
