Incident Resolution Expert

The Incident Resolution Expert at Auxis is responsible for ensuring seamless incident management and resolution. Key responsibilities include identifying recurring incidents, tracking system issues, and providing expert solutions to users.

Key Deliverables:

  • To deliver expert and creative solutions to user problems, prioritizing user satisfaction and productivity.
  • To maintain comprehensive knowledge of current SOPs and investigational skills, developing new solutions and procedures as needed.
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders, reporting and documenting anomalies and undocumented procedures as required.
  • To identify and analyze recurring incidents or situations affecting multiple users and create problems per ITIL standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on incident management and resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a relevant field an asset.
  • Cisco CCNA Modules certification an asset.
