Customer Service Resolution Expert

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Resolution Expert to join our team at Experian. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our employees. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
About the JobAs a Customer Service Resolution Expert, you will establish effective communication with end-users, escalate trouble tickets when necessary, and maintain professional relationships with contact center leadership. You will also install, configure, and support client workstations and laptops, identify opportunities to ensure Application Documentation, Service Catalog, Service Desk Knowledge Based Articles, and Service Desk operating procedures are current.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex technical issues
- Establish effective lines of communication with end-users
- Install, configure, and support client workstations and laptops
- Maintain and patch software and equipment as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum of one year of service desk experience
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner
