Movate is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, answering phone calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced contact center environment, interacting with multiple customers daily. You will need to assess customer needs quickly, provide solutions with a high degree of accuracy, and document details of customer interactions into our system.
We are looking for someone who can drive customer loyalty by providing excellent service, accurate product knowledge, and reducing customer effort in ordering, shipping, and return/refund experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound phone calls from customers, assess their needs, and provide solutions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide superior customer service while handling product inquiries, order placement, and order follow-up.
- Document details of customer interaction into our system.
- Drive customer loyalty by providing excellent service, accurate product knowledge, and reducing customer effort in ordering, shipping, and return/refund experiences.
- English level B2+ to C1
- High School Diploma
- 6 months minimum of Contact Center experience
