Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refine existing business processes related to product readiness and customer feedback loops.
  • Develop and implement process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business change and support process iteration.
  • Support business management processes, including meeting minutes, content creation, and leadership communications.
  • Monitor and report key business metrics to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with supporting teams to drive line of business processes and ensure visibility into project portfolios.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on process improvement and data analysis.
  • Strong data fluency and experience working with data sets.
  • Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2 and above).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
