Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Service & Support team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. You will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues while collaborating with internal teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Participate in communities with peer delivery roles to enhance technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to senior engineers to contribute to Microsoft product improvements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, including background checks.
