Sales Development Representative

Kypsi is a leading Digital & Telemarketing Agency seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Sales Development Representative.
As a Sales Development Representative at Kypsi, you will be responsible for cold calling multiple companies to identify new business opportunities. Your primary goal is to qualify leads by understanding their requirements and identifying the correct decision-makers.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, charisma, and a sharp intellect. Adaptability and ability to work with high focus and efficiency are also essential.
We offer competitive hourly pay rates ranging from ¢6,017.00 to ¢10,029.00 per hour. This is a part-time position requiring reliable commute or relocation to San José, Provincia de San José before starting work.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Cold calling for multiple companies
- Developing strategies to overcome people's psychology and improve appointment rates
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified
