Overview

This role supports the STP/ICO team in GSC CR, focusing on quality, process improvement, insights, and analytics.

">

The ideal candidate will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control business processes to enhance business continuity.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • ">
  • Providing support for overall reporting and process analysis for continuous improvement">
  • Implementing and supporting Quality Management Systems to drive Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Business Process Monitoring, and Business Process Reengineering activities">
  • Leveraging collaboration with other Global Service Centers and functions to ensure awareness of initiatives in Costa Rica and alignment to global directions">
  • Performing data gathering, root cause analysis, and developing appropriate process control changes">
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on metrics definition, visibility, and usage for analytics and decision-making">
  • Driving a culture of data-driven optimization ideas and educating the organization on metrics management">
  • Fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement">
  • Prioritizing and implementing process change requirements based on critical project needs">
  • Supporting Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives and other operational feedbacks available">
  • Service Metrics Framework analysis">
  • Resource Capacity Management & Cost Pert Transaction support, visibility, and data-driven collaboration with leads for decision-making">
  • Reporting for Analytics and Insights">
  • Owning Service Portfolio and ensuring its updates, visibility, and efficiency of use">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A university degree or currently in progress">
  • Advanced English language skills (oral and written)">
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing continuous improvement projects and initiatives">
  • Strong interpersonal skills">
  • Excel expertise">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills">
  • Ability to adapt easily to rapid change and work well independently and with teams">
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, aptitude, and analytical skills">
  • Preferred qualifications include SharePoint expertise, intermediate Access Database, intermediate Power BI, and Lean Six Sigma Knowledge">
