About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. The ideal candidate will have experience using data to drive process improvements and will be proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel.

The Quality Process Improvement Specialist will collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process improvement roadmaps to drive business outcomes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of program or project management experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience using data to influence business decisionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts- Experience working in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
