- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with over 4+ years of industry experience or equivalent in Business Operations, IT, Finance.
- Master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Proven experience in project management, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
