Administrative Support Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Total Rewards team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing administrative support for the Total Rewards team, including expense reports, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating team meetings, taking notes, and posting minutes
- Maintaining both compensation and benefit program information on the company's intranet site
- Running reports from both external vendors and internal HR and Payroll systems
- Scheduling meetings with both internal and external attendees and booking conference rooms
- Working with Corporate Communications to schedule and distribute all company-wide benefits and compensation communications
- Prioritizing work assignments to accommodate urgent requests as needed
- Suggesting and recommending process improvements
- Partnering and maintaining a professional, courteous, and supportive relationship with the rest of HR
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Has at least one to two years of office experience preferably in an HR department
- Has strong organizational skills
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Has good communication skills
