Technology Sales Lead

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technology Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing new partnerships and service lines
- Lead the expansion of the sales team and monitor the sales funnel to improve lead-to-potential and potential-to-client conversions
- Manage and mentor sales specialists, establishing workflows and procedures as appropriate
- Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports and KPIs
- Participate in setting pricing policies and discount offers
- Plan and monitor the department's budget and bonuses
- Establish, refine, and/or maintain sales commission plans
- Enhance our usage of sales-related software (e.g. CRM, conversational AI, PM tools)
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You should also have experience in the IT industry, a university degree-level qualification, and prior sales experience is preferred.
