Citi's CRS LATMEX Business Office is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as an Assistant Vice President.
This key role will assist the Business Office Head in managing and overseeing activities across various functional areas, including Financial & Portfolio Management, Information Systems Management, Engineering & Process Transformation, Human Resource Management, Communication and Relationship Management, and Governance & Policy Management.
- Financial & Portfolio Management:
- Collaborate with the Business Office Head, FP&A Divisional, Country, and Regional staff to monitor regional operating and capital budgets.
- Assist in routine reporting and forecasting of regional budgets.
- Maintain portfolio and occupancy projections with accompanying metrics.
- Support Sub-Region Heads in routine and ad-hoc financial reviews and reporting.
- Assist with reviewing and reporting on all investment and productivity initiatives.
- Information System Management:
- Work with the Business Office Head, Sub-Region Head, and IT staff to develop, maintain, and support CRS systems.
- Liaise with users in respective sub-regions to ensure practices support high-level data quality and reliability.
- Support reporting required by the Business Office Head and Sub-Region Head.
- Engineering & Process Transformation:
- Identify, encourage, initiate, and monitor re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses in respective sub-regions.
- Manage and report on the region's progress against CRS Key Initiatives and Innovation Goals for respective sub-regions.
- Human Resources Management:
- Support CRS global talent and training programs.
- Assist with resource supply/demand management and headcount reporting.
- Communication and Relationship Management:
- Implement the CRS Global communication strategy for respective sub-regions.
- Governance & Policy Management:
- Coordinate with sub-region heads to facilitate internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Partner with key stakeholders to address Audit and MCA items to resolution.
- Manage process and reporting of DPC/OREO properties.
- Policy communication and dissemination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable business discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience of program/project management.
- Experience of process re-engineering and management.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service quality principles.
- Strong project management and control techniques.
- Good IT skills covering Microsoft Office products and MS Project, spreadsheet/analytics/modeling skills.
- Excellent communications, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on relating to staff, peers, and senior management in a relaxed, professional manner.
- Team player with proven organizational ability.
