Enterprise Support Engineer

About This Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to join our Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team, providing world-class technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients, focusing on the Azure cloud infrastructure.
As a key member of this team, you'll collaborate with others to resolve intermediate and complex technical problems for medium and large companies.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Escalate complex or unusual cases to higher-level technical support when required.
- Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas that need expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.
- Keep detailed records of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions, aligned with customer commitments, established protocols, and procedures.
Key Qualifications
- You have technical expertise and higher education coursework in IT or technical work, or experience with enterprise support.
- You have a strong passion for technology, understand it well, and are skilled at using it.
- You're fluent in both written and spoken English.
- You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
- You're customer-centric, proactive, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
