Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop business relationships with key clients or targeted companies in businesses with significant product and service opportunities across multiple product lines.
- Understand the business workflow in which Experian solutions are used by an assigned group of accounts.
- Continually reinforce the value of Experian products through scheduled interactions with the client and review of performance data.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a liaison between groups in Experian, coordinating resources to meet client expectations.
What We Offer
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Generally requires 2 years experience.
- Basic knowledge of the direct marketing industry.
- Basic knowledge of database marketing environments and processes, including relational database structures.
- Basic knowledge of Experian products and services.
- Basic oral and written communication skills.
- Basic human relations skills.
- Basic project management and organizational skills.
