Job Description

As a Technical Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex customer issues, providing expert technical support, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll need to have a strong understanding of IT principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  2. Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  3. Excellent analytical and prioritization skills
  4. Strong customer-oriented approach
  5. Education to degree level in computer science or a related field (ideally)
