We are seeking a highly skilled Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Micro Focus. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless license fulfillment for our customers.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers with their license fulfillment process, which involves managing license activations, expansions, migrations, and resolving issues related to license keys and software delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Main point of contact for customers and internal teams for resolving issues related to license key delivery and software access requests.
  • Provide accurate and timely license keys with minimal repeated communication.
  • Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to the fulfillment system.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles, managing phone calls with customers directly.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of microcomputer hardware and basic operating systems software.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Experience working with technological industries or companies is a plus.
