Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team in Costa Rica. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our Human Resources strategy, working closely with the Leadership Team and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional HR expertise, advice, and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics, working closely with COEs & GBS HR.
  • Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Understand and execute Global & local HR strategies, processes, and projects, contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our HR agenda.
  • Monitor and support HR processes & initiatives on resourcing, headcount tracking, development, reward, engagement, & retention, as required.
  • Support effective governance & compliance in all HR activities, including Employee Relations & local employment statutory requirements, along with the development of internal HR policies.
  • Conduct necessary reviews, analysis, and insights as required in preparation for HR metrics and ad-hoc meetings or strategic reviews with HR implications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as an HRBP, especially in organization development, employee engagement, and retention, headcount tracking, & talent management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1).
  • High proficiency and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fast learner and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build rapport with managers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
