Overview of the Role

The Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations by accurately entering customer and deal data into our database. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases by entering new customer and deal information
  • Prepare source data for computer entry
  • Process customer and deal source documents
  • Verify entered data
  • Combine data from both systems when necessary
  • Purge files to eliminate duplication

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge
  • English upper B2 (written and spoken)

Work Schedule and Modality

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid modality, requiring one day of on-site work per week.
