Our team views each employee contact as an opportunity to learn and drive positive actions to continuously improve on behalf of Amazon employees.
Responsibilities- Lead the investigation and documentation of complex payroll issues, identify root cause, and execute corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with partners in HR, Benefits, Time and Attendance, and other teams to resolve employee payment issues.
- Identify and analyze issues, patterns, and trends in escalations and report to leadership teams.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to reduce defects and enhance the employee pay experience.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- At least 5+ years of experience in US Payroll and customer service.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP is desirable.
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions independently.
