Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Azure Aks team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving complex problems, and developing effective solutions.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers who share your passion for cloud services. You will have the chance to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills and expertise in container technology and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain technical content, including documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in container technology and fluency in Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Linux OSS, shell environments, and script-based development environments.
  • Experience administering Linux, operating system internals, and virtualization concepts.
