The O365 Collaboration Services Administrator plays a vital role in our organization by providing expert support for communication and collaboration technologies.
This includes Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Lync, Teams, Yammer, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Provide timely resolutions for level 2 and 3 tickets reported at the desk and keep customers informed about progress on a regular basis.
- Ensure tickets are updated at all times for better clarity regarding progress.
- Raise change tickets and represent them in CAB review board, implementing changes in the customer environment as required.
- Maintain the customer's collaboration environment in a healthy state and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
- Implement a positive compliance posture of the customer's collaboration environment at all times.
- Participate in customer, account, and internal delivery interlocks for better governance and controls.
- Work with vendors on escalations and seek closure on issues.
- Participate in the timely resolution of major incidents in the customer's collaboration environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of collaboration technologies, including major workloads within the Office 365 Suite across various licenses and its on-premise components.
- Familiarity with On-Premise Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of Microsoft Security Products, such as Enterprise Mobility + Security.
- Scripting skills using PowerShell.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral).
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Certifications in MCSA/MCSE: Exchange 2010/2013/2016/O365.
**Education Requirements**
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma (preferred).
