About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Relationship Specialist to join our team at World Vision Perú. As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through escalated issues, improving issue management, and implementing measurement tools.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Resolves escalated customer dissatisfactions, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Improves the ability to manage issues and concerns for the customers, chases issues, and responds to customer escalations.
  • Develops and implements measurement tools to track escalation risks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzes data to understand root causes of complaints and recommends preventive measures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse cultures and languages.
