We're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field. Your expertise in defining requirements using data and metrics to draw business insights is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with complex Excel VBA macros writing and be proficient in SQL or ETL.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions
- Employing appropriate tools and methodologies to discover patterns of risks, abuse, and help reduce bad debt
- Designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and building actionable models to optimize BRP operations
- Solving analytical problems and effectively communicating methodologies and results
- Buiding analyses for product launches and operations and helping predict workflow and capacity requirements for BRP operations
- Drawin inferences and conclusions and creating dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identifying trends, and anomalies
As a Business Intelligence Specialist at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area. Experience working with Tableau and very large datasets is a plus.
