**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers/agents to resolve queries related to insurance policy transactions.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- High proficiency in verbal and written English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
