Sales Department Lead

At Hyatt Place San Jose Del Cabo, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Department Lead to drive revenue growth and excellence in sales performance. As the key leader in all selling activities within the hotel, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to the Sales Team, ensuring seamless collaboration with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.
The successful candidate will have a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management and a minimum of 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales. A strong problem-solving ability, administrative skills, and excellent communication skills are essential requirements for this role.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Department to achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and progress
