Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the pre-offer and pre-employment checks in accordance with Global Employment Verification Standards. You will also manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system, prepare and initiate case reviews with appropriate TA / Program focals, and prepare and deliver offer letters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-offer and pre-employment checks in accordance with Global Employment Verification Standards
  • Manage applicant flow within our applicant tracking system
  • Prepare and initiate case reviews with appropriate TA / Program focals
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters
  • Provide advice and education to Recruiters or Hiring Teams on the offer processes and compliance
  • Ensure audit compliance
  • Meet/exceed key performance metrics to include stakeholder experiences, response times and quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
  • Advanced English skills - written and oral
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong teaming skills and teamwork orientation
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
