The Outbound Analyst position plays a vital role in supporting the billing process by obtaining necessary clinical documentation from multiple sources. As a liaison between customers, 3M KCI, and third-party payers, this individual ensures that orders meet regulatory and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Understand and interpret third-party payer benefits and eligibility
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clinical documentation based on billing criteria
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing documentation
- Foster customer relationships and develop loyalty with clinical providers
- Meet production expectations based on department priorities
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced English language skills (C1)
- Flexibility and adaptability in schedule, workflow processes, and priorities
- Demonstrated customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
