Workstream description:
You'll be part of Custom Smile Solutions where we provide digital processing enabling case workflows and perform effective treatment planning for oral care professionals.

As a Custom Smile Solution - Digital Dental Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

- Working closely with key providers and cross functional team to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for custom dental products.
- Provide support to the team, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Provide support to the Training Team:
o Review and provide input on training material and documentation to assure clinical accuracy and relevance.
- Develop training material upon request.
- Participate in training when requested.
- Identify and propose a solution for training or skill deficiencies.
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Team, and SW Developers to help solve any clinical doubts that the technicians or customers may have.
- Participate in special projects when requested.
- Propose ideas for procedures, protocols, and processes to improve our service and customer satisfaction.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, it requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- 3+ years of design experience using 3Shape software (Dental CAD Design).
Utilizing 3Shape Design software to design dental restorations (mainly veneers) and digital models.
- 3+ years in a Dental Lab Technician role.
- Interpret dental prescriptions and patient records to design custom dental restorations that meet the patient's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Make digital designs fit quality standards and meet prescription requests.
- Inspect and evaluate the final digital design for restorations to ensure they meet Doctor specifications and standards, making any necessary adjustments or modifications.
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.
- Ability to read, analyzed, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.

- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Detail oriented/accurate and thorough
- Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
