As a Leadership Development Coach, you will work closely with a vast variety of leaders, creating impact on our organization by delivering a challenging and supportive coaching experience to leaders that helps them make progress on their own leadership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching as part of our leadership development strategy and solutions
  • Work closely with the Maersk Leadership Institute (MLI) to design and develop solutions
  • Coach leaders at various levels, helping them make progress on their own leadership goals

Requirements:

  • Qualified coach with accredited coaching certifications (ICF or EMCC)
  • Experience in 1:1 coaching and/or group coaching
  • Experience in leadership development, facilitating development programs
  • Ability to coach in a virtual environment, using various collaboration methods and tools
  • Ability to work through empathy and understanding, listening to different perspectives and challenging leaders in a healthy way
