About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Commerce Director to lead our Digital Commerce program, focusing on providing global solutions for our Digital Commerce business capabilities and applications, specifically on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform. This is a strategic role that will support the delivery of our rapidly expanding domain and shape the direction in line with our roadmap.

This role is responsible for our SAP Commerce Cloud platform strategy, delivery, execution, governance, and operations. Additionally, this position will manage the IT Digital Commerce product team as a people leader, support vendor relationships, contracting, and budgeting processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a strategic IT solution vision, technology roadmap, and principles for our Digital Commerce platforms, aligned to business priorities and value goals.
  • Support the delivery of multiple large, complex, cross-functional divisional and global projects, and product releases, managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items, and ensuring the proper use of collaborative, agile processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, overall end-to-end process, and positive streamlined user experience, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, performance, and budget.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives.
  • Manage platform demand, prioritization, and governance, maintaining a validated systems operations state in accordance with internal Software Validation procedures.
  • Be responsible for ongoing support and delivering on future enhancements, monitoring progress and performance, and helping the product team make improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and understanding of existing and emerging Digital Commerce technologies.
  • Provide regular updates to IT and business executives regarding the strategic vision and execution status.
  • Be responsible for staffing and developing high-performing product teams, comprised of scrum masters, analysts, architects, and developers, devoting a significant portion of time to managerial, leadership, and employee development responsibilities.
  • Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and influence their product roadmap, manage relationships with software implementation and staffing vendors, and negotiate and execute contracts with vendors.
  • Develop and manage to budgets, schedules, and performance standards, and track accountability of the team to objectives, developing business cases and funding requests for new investments to support business and IT vision and objectives.
