**Key Responsibilities:**
Techincal support professional with 1-3 years of experience in IT support. Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT onsite issues, with a strong understanding of cloud concepts and associated technical functions.
**Key Skills:**
Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365, ticket management tools, and ITIL knowledge. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
