**Job Summary**
Promotes and sells technical products and services directly to current and new end customers, informing them about new product/service introductions and prices. Develops and monitors lead generation plans to ensure a substantial sales opportunity pipeline.
This role requires a professional individual contributor who can work independently with general supervision. The job involves dealing with complex problems and influencing others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree (or equivalent experience) and at least seven years of functional experience, including three years in a position-specific role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account planning, management, and quarterly business reviews with top customers and strategic partners
- Developing and forecasting pipelines
- Sales process from demand generation to closing
- Assisting in development activities with vendors and customers to increase pipeline
- Increasing customer satisfaction in assigned regions
- Developing strategies for coverage small accounts in conjunction with inside sales and business units
- Participating in marketing events to reinforce Ingram Micro's presence in regions
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- At least seven years of functional experience, including three years in a position-specific role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
