Role Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Local Area Networks (LANs) and/or Wireless networks. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of IT experience, with at least three years of service transition or service engineering experience. A strong understanding of Cisco and Fortigate hardware in an enterprise environment is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement LAN services that meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure LAN services are designed to ensure a high level of quality and consistency
  • Provide last-level support to Service Delivery and Operations teams for escalated LAN services issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies to influence the direction of feature releases for LAN services
