Driving Continuous Improvement

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will monitor and review Standard Work sheets on a quarterly basis to ensure they remain fit for purpose for operational service delivery. This involves leading on the effective implementation of proposed solutions or improvements within your area of responsibility and confirming that these are practicable and manageable.

Leading on embedding a 'Right First Time' culture and ways of working is essential to ensure a continued focus on service quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and awareness of the rationale for, nature, timing, and impact of any changes.

Ensuring any knowledge, learning arising from change implementation and identified best practice is captured, shared, and applied to inform future decisions and actions is key to success in this role.
