**A Day in the Life:**

As an Operational Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Service Delivery Model by translating customer requirements into a future state. Your key tasks will include:

Process & FTE Analysis, Process Flows, To Be Org Structure, Hiring Plan

- Coordinate and facilitate Process Design Workshops with key partners

- Prepare and lead e Transition Plan (Project Plan), aligning it with Enabling Technology delivery program plan, collaborating with horizontal workstreams to address inter-dependencies

- Track results and provide regular reports on transition status to project team and key partners, leading adjustments for changes in scope or schedule

- Responsible for creating and implementing the Interaction Model

- Lead Knowledge Transfer Progress & execution through Hyper-care support, working with Business, Operational teams, IT, and other functions

- Collaborate with horizontal workstreams to address inter-dependencies through transition

- Responsible for leading end-to-end processes from pitch to catch sites, to steady-state, and handover to GBS Operations Lead within agreed timeframe & criteria

- Maintain relationships and communications with partners

- Support the development/coaching of GBS Design & Implementation team members

- Good counseling and communication skills

- Efficiently cope with change and manage risks and uncertainties

- Interpersonal savvy, negotiation skills, resolving issues, and learning quickly

- Knowledgeable about organizational dynamics and getting things done through formal and informal channels

- Pursue everything with energy, drive, and determination, rarely giving up

- Advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and present large datasets

**Requirements:**

4+ years as a Service Design & Implementation Manager with excellent service management experience in finance, HR, or customer service processes

- Outstanding engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead conflicting priorities

- Travel required

- Robust analytical skills, highly energized

- Identify and understand internal and external customer needs

- Sound written and spoken English, additional European language an advantage
