We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant office environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , your role will involve:

Overseeing the comprehensive recruitment process aimed at identifying and securing top talent for our organization while striving to meet the hiring objectives of the team. This includes sourcing and evaluating candidates, organizing interviews and assessments, and managing job offers and negotiations, all while ensuring a positive experience for candidates. Additionally, you will foster partnerships and maintain communication with management, external partners, and relevant agencies to streamline the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, administering assessments, extending offers, and completing necessary pre-employment checks. Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Organize and participate in recruitment events such as open houses, virtual hiring events, and career fairs as needed. Develop, coordinate, and manage various company initiatives (e.g., referral programs). Ensure proper filing of employment documents into permanent employee records and/or upload documentation to candidate profiles in the HRIS. Regularly update and maintain the Company's Human Resources Information System. Assist in the creation and implementation of candidate feedback surveys as requested by senior management.

About You

You possess strong analytical capabilities, enabling you to create, assess, and optimize workflows between candidates and hiring managers. You have excellent consulting skills and can work effectively in both leadership and team member roles. You demonstrate a strong client service orientation, particularly within the context of a global organization. You have experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS (Workday preferred). You are proficient in computer applications, including Outlook and Excel. You are comfortable with public speaking.

Education

You hold a high school diploma or equivalent; preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education in Human Resources.

Experience

You have at least one year of experience in high-volume recruitment, including sourcing and managing the full recruitment cycle. Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is advantageous.
