- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations, including labor laws and tax requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience with LATAM payroll administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, researching, and auditing
- Exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ADP, CloudPay, or other payroll software from outsourced payroll providers
