Philippines Outsourcing Solution is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

Job Description

The primary role of this position is to assist geriatric patients and/or their families in syncing their medical devices to WiFi or Bluetooth and then automatically uploading their vitals to the computer, thus allowing the doctor to monitor the patients remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the patient is connected correctly to the DME device.
  • Provide education to the patients on the functions and features of the device while working with them so they can be more self-sufficient.
  • Clearly and concisely document all correspondence, interactions, and activities.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of technical support experience is required, preferably in the US Healthcare industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and management through oral and written presentations or documentation reports.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Must understand medical jargon.
