We're glad you're interested in joining our team as an IT Support Specialist. At Outlier Legal Services, we believe in empowering our staff to make a difference in people's lives. As a key member of our technical team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and supporting our employees with any technical issues they may encounter.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to all Group employees according to periodic review plans and daily needs, aiming to resolve technical problems affecting business continuity or user tasks.
- Identifying the root cause of technical issues with precision, using your problem-solving skills and communication expertise.
- Maintaining the good functioning of backups for end-users, ensuring the security of essential user information.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- The ability to understand customer needs, listen actively, and explain complex technical information to those unfamiliar with it.
- Prioritizing passion for helping others, patience, and flexibility to adapt quickly to users' technical needs.
